Trading standards officers swooped on a shop in Great Yarmouth this week.
6,000 illegal cigarettes were recovered from a shop on Wednesday.
Search dogs Scamp and YoYo from the Norfolk County Council Trading Standards team have been involved in the operations.
The locations of the raids are not divulged before the shops are hit.
A trading standards spokesman said: “This enforcement activity is partly driven by the fact that children are more likely to buy illicit tobacco/cigarettes as they are cheaper and the sellers don’t normally care who they sell to.”
