Super heroes will be taking over the BP M&S filling station at Acle for three days to raise funds for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices.

Staff will be dressing up as characters such as Superwoman and Batman and Robin between May 4 and 6 in order to support the hospice charity.

About 10 staff will be showing off their super fundraising powers during the day and night.

There will be collection buckets at the filling station and people can also buy raffle tickets for £2.50 a strip to try and win a Norwich City t-shirt signed by the team and a signed football.

Manager Dan Fincham will also be supporting East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices by doing a skydive from Ellough airfield on Thursday, May 6 with sponsorship forms available at the filling station.

Mr Fincham said it will be his first skydive and while he was looking forward to it, he was a bit nervous about it as well.
