Acle High School was buzzing with Brownies and chattering children at a Wild About Norfolk event on Saturday.Youngsters flitted between countless stalls offering them the opportunity to identify all manner of insect and plant life, sift through owl pellets, decorate their own recyclable bag, enjoy arts and crafts and much more.
Acle High School was buzzing with Brownies and chattering children at a Wild About Norfolk event on Saturday.
Youngsters flitted between countless stalls offering them the opportunity to identify all manner of insect and plant life, sift through owl pellets, decorate their own recyclable bag, enjoy arts and crafts and much more.
The event which raises the profile of the many local and national animal and conservation organisations attracted around 1500 people. Other activities included puppet making using twigs and leaves, bird box making and bark rubbing.
Brownies were able to achieve their wildlife explorer badge.
