Aerial pictures have shown the destruction caused to a Hemsby fish and chip shop after a blaze tore through it yesterday.
More than 50 firefighters were called to deal with the fire on Beach Road, which broke out in a deep fat fryer just before 1pm.
Pictures taken today by Simon Carter, using a drone, show the charred remains of the business.
Mr Carter, of Somerton, said: 'I drove past yesterday and the road was closed and I saw the smoke. It is a terrible thing to happen to Hemsby. It has suffered quite a lot of problems like the coastal surge, so something like this is really terrible for the area.'
Fire crews from Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, Earlham, Stalham, Sprowston and Lowestoft, together with an aerial ladder platform were called, and police also attended to help with crowd control.
Residents, business owners and holidaymakers poured onto the streets to watch what was happening.
