Alarm foils school break-in

POLICE believe intruders who broke into Flegg High School were prevented from burgling the premises after they were disturbed by an alarm.The intruders forced open a roof window at the Martham school about 7.

POLICE believe intruders who broke into Flegg High School were prevented from burgling the premises after they were disturbed by an alarm.

The intruders forced open a roof window at the Martham school about 7.30pm on Saturday, August 22 but did not steal anything.

PC Rachel Houghton said: “It appears that the intruders were possibly disturbed by alarms.”
