PARENTS and children walked from Alderman Swindell First School to St Paul's Church for their annual Christingle Service.

The children read a poem, sang Christmas songs, presented gifts of money for The Children's Society and read prayers.

PARENTS and children walked from Alderman Swindell First School to St Paul's Church for their annual Christingle Service.

The children read a poem, sang Christmas songs, presented gifts of money for The Children's Society and read prayers. The service concluded with a lighting of the Christingles and the singing of Away in a Manger. Oranges were donated by Sainsburys.
