PARENTS and friends were treated to an entertaining end of year show by junior school pupils at All Saints' School, Lessingham.
After items from the school choir, Nursery and Class 2 pupils presented A Day at The Seaside in song and dance, with some well practiced choreography, colourful costumes and excellent singing.
The main production by Classes 3 to 6, was a musical comedy Perfect Pirates, based on the story of Anne Bonny and Mary Read the most famous and ferocious women pirates in history. Both masqueraded as men and were known for their violent tempers and ferocious fighting on board pirate ships around the Bahamas in the early 1700's.
An entertaining production with all the soloists giving excellent performances even with long and difficult parts in places.
