POLICE in Gorleston will be stepping up patrols to target anti-social behaviour.
Members of the local Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) will be carrying out high-visibility patrols in the area to address concerns raised by members of the public.
The issue was made a priority at the recent SNAP (Safer Neighbourhood Action Panel) meeting where it was revealed that troublesome youths were throwing objects, including stones, at homes and being verbally abusive towards residents.
Police have visited eight teenage suspects, who have all been advised about their behaviour.
