Appeal after bikes stolen in Belton

Officers are seeking witnesses following a number of garage break-ins in the Great Yarmouth area.

Around 10 garages were believed to have been broken into in the Paddock Close and Dashwood Close areas of Belton sometime between 2.30am and 8am on Sunday 20 March 2016.

Unknown person/s broke into the garages and stole a number of items and sprayed a number of garage doors and a vehicle with white paint.

Officers have since recovered some items however they are keen to locate a Giant Defy racing bike worth around £500 which is still missing.

Officers would like to appeal to local residents to check garages and/or outbuildings for the bike.
