ARSONISTS set fire to a telegraph pole in a Great Yarmouth street during the early hours of Thursday morning .Fire crews from Yarmouth attended the incident in Salisbury Road shortly after 1am and took 20 minutes to extinguish the flames.

Fire service spokesman Steve Reilly said an accelerant, such as petrol, could have been used to start the blaze.
