POLICE are hunting an arsonist who set fire to a hallway in a block of flats by a riverside in Great Yarmouth.Officers believe a toy was set alight in the South Quay flats and the fire then spread to the flooring, skirting board and wall of the hallway.
POLICE are hunting an arsonist who set fire to a hallway in a block of flats by a riverside in Great Yarmouth.
Officers believe a toy was set alight in the South Quay flats and the fire then spread to the flooring, skirting board and wall of the hallway.
The arson attack is thought to have happened sometime between 2pm on Monday and 9am on Tuesday.
