THERE were some artful designers at Wroughton Infant School. As part of arts week, children in Year 2 were asked to design outfits using recycled materials. As the week went by, black bin bags were transformed into fabulous tunics, dresses, trousers and jackets, and paper plates into amazing hats and bonnets. The week culminated in a fashion show worthy of any London catwalk. Headteacher Trisha Thompson said: “The whole school cheered and clapped as the children confidently paraded their outfits and danced to the music. It was a performance to be proud of.”
