YEAR 5 students at Peterhouse Primary enjoyed the expertise of doctor and author Steven Cutts last week. As part of the International Primary Curriculum students have been learning about Mars. Steven Cutts, who has recently published a novel, Viking Village, a story of a mission to Mars and set in the future, went to talk and present ideas about Mars to the children. The children were very keen to listen to him and find out about being an author as well. Next week, cloud permitting, the children will able to view Mars, early in the evening through the school telescope.
