A STRAY cockatiel was rescued along South Denes Road in Great Yarmouth last Friday.The bird was discovered by a passing motorist perched by the side of the road during a heavy downpour.
A STRAY cockatiel was rescued along South Denes Road in Great Yarmouth last Friday.
The bird was discovered by a passing motorist perched by the side of the road during a heavy downpour.
Retrieved and placed in an empty box, it was in a bedraggled state and had a number of feathers missing.
The cockatiel is now fully recovered and being looked after by Anne Hobson who is hoping to reunite it with its owner
