ARSONISTS set fire to a bin causing it to explode and smash the front window of a property on Walpole Road in Great Yarmouth in the early hours yesterday.

ARSONISTS set fire to a bin causing it to explode and smash the front window of a property on Walpole Road in Great Yarmouth in the early hours yesterday.

Yobs set fire to a wheelie bin outside the property at around 3.20am while the occupant was asleep inside. The fire spread to two other bins which led to a small explosion.

Police said it was a dangerous incident which could have had serious consequences.
