FOUR people had a lucky escape after the boat they were sleeping on was untied from its moorings at Marina Quays in Great Yarmouth and floated to Haven Bridge, causing damage to the top of the boat.
It was one of a number of boats untied from moorings at the Caister Road site in the early hours on Monday which were recovered by the Coastguard. No other boats were damaged.
