DETECTIVES investigating the suspicious death of a middle aged man at South Quay, Great Yarmouth have been granted more time to continue questioning a 53 year old male arrested on Friday on suspicion of murder.
DETECTIVES investigating the suspicious death of a middle aged man at South Quay, Great Yarmouth have been granted more time to continue questioning a 53 year old male arrested on Friday on suspicion of murder.
An application to extend the detention period of the man in custody was made to Norwich Magistrates Court and a further 36 hours detention has been granted.
The male has been continued to be questioned during today, Sunday.
Further forensic examinations of the scene and interviews of witnesses will also continue during the day.
