BOOTS chemist store in Market Gates Shopping Centre was targeted in an early morning raid last week,

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident that took place at the Great Yarmouth store on Wedensday, September 28 between 4am and 5.30am.

The thieves forced their entry through the automatic front doors of the shop by smashing the lower glass panel.

They then stole an unknown quantity of perfume.

Police have not released details of how many people were involved in the theft.
