AN EIGHT week old baby boy died on a family Christmas shopping trip to Norwich, an inquest heard yesterday.
Milo Yassin was with parents Gareth and Gemma Yassin, his uncle and aunt and his 21-month-old brother at Chapelfield shopping centre. The baby was asleep in his pram when his parents, from Repps-with-Bastwick near Yarmouth, suddenly noticed he was unresponsive.
A paramedic and ambulance were called and he was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital but could not be resuscitated.
Greater Norfolk coroner William Armstrong said there were no suspicious circumstances and adjourned the inquest until a later date.
