More than 100 lovers of the Broads attended a special day in their honour on Saturday at the Whitwell Hall County Centre at Reepham.
The Broads Authority volunteers were thanked by the organisation's chairman Stephen Johnson and chief executive John Packman for their efforts in making the Broads a top travel destination and wildlife haven.
About 250 volunteers, aged from 15 to 86, work on riverways alongside navigation rangers as they carry out essential maintenance and survey projects.
