A caravan fire was put out before firefighters arrived on the scene.

Fire crews from Great Yarmouth and Gorleston fire stations were called out following “reports of a fire in a caravan” on Mill Road, in Burgh Castle.

Firefighters were alerted to the blaze at 10.29am on Sunday, February 18.

A brigade spokesman said: “The fire was extinguished before the arrival of the brigade, but the crews used a thermal imaging camera to check for residual hot spots.”
