Burglar walks away with purse

DETECTIVES are appealing for information following a walk-in burglary in Caister.
The theft happened between 12.10 and 2pm on Friday when a man walked into the Edinburgh Avenue address and stole a purse from a handbag in the dining room before fleeing the scene.
The purse contained cards and about �160 in cash including the victim’s pension payment.
A suspect wearing dark clothing was seen in the area around the times of the incident.
