DC Darren Reade, of Yarmouth CID, said: “I am anxious to highlight this issue to the more vulnerable members of our community and reiterate our crime prevention advice to help prevent other people becoming victims. Please think about who you are letting in when you use your intercom service, ask visitors to show their ID and query it if you are worried. If you notice anything suspicious such as vehicles, where possible try take a note of the registration number and also descriptions of individuals. In any such cases please call the police straight away.”
