A TEENAGER has denied burgling the Gorleston home of an 80-year-old man and taking his television set and remote control.
Martin Rushton, 18, is alleged to have broken into the home in Colomb Road through a window during the night of May 17.
Yesterday, Rushton, of Walpole Road, Yarmouth, pleaded not guilty at Yarmouth magistrates court to the burglary. He was bailed until July 22 for a committal hearing to Norwich Crown Court for trial.
