Seacon, part of TE Connectivity, welcomed the crew of Hemsby Lifeboat who visited the Great Yarmouth facility to give a presentation on the service they provide and also to receive a donation of computer equipment to expand their training facilities.
As an independent lifeboat, servicing the local community at sea and on the Norfolk broads, the charity relies totally on public and corporate donations.
A collection for the service was also held by Seacon employees raised £100.84 and raffle tickets raised a further £25.
