The former BHS store building in Great Yarmouth is due to be auctioned off tomorrow.
The prominent building on Regent Road is to be auctioned by Allsop LLP Commercial with a guide price of up to £700,000.
Since August 2016 the store has lain empty after BHS folded.
MORE: You can buy store for £500,000The auction documents say the vacant Yarmouth property may be suitable for subdivision, conversion and complete re-development, subject to the necessary consents by the borough council.
MORE: Primark plans for store siteThe documents add: “This substantial property is arranged on ground and three upper floors to provide a large ground floor shop with its main frontage to Regent Road and a secondary entrance from Deneside.”
The guide price is between £500,000 and £700,000. It is being auctioned on the instructions of an A Wright and a S Hunt of JLL acting as joint fixed charge receivers.
