Police in Caister are warning of the danger of starting bin fires following two cases of arson in the village. Two plastic wheelie bins were destroyed in the first incident in Thames Way and one was damaged in the second incident in Prince of Wales Road.
Police in Caister are warning of the danger of starting bin fires following two cases of arson in the village.
Two plastic wheelie bins were destroyed in the first incident in Thames Way and one was damaged in the second incident in Prince of Wales Road.
PC Michelle Hargrave, from the Caister and coastal safer neighbourhood team (SNT), said: “We take these incidents very seriously and it's fortunate these fires did not spread any further.”
