STUDENTS from Caister High School performed a drama piece based on a fictional shipwreck and lifeboat rescue at Great Yarmouth's Time and Tide museum called We Never Turn Back.
The piece marked the culmination of a week of drama activities at the museum - part of the annual summer challenge programme organised and funded by Norfolk County Council's study support team and the University of the First Age.
During the week the students worked with Natalie Curston and Jim Carpmael to create a short drama piece inspired by a museum exhibition about the history of shipwrecks and lifeboats.
Coming from Caister the students were particularly stirred to find out about the courageous exploits of Caister lifeboat men.
The students performed in front of an audience of museum visitors, family and friends, as well as special guests including the mayor and mayoress Terry and Jenny Easter.
