PUPILS learned some handy new skills when they were visited by employees from Mansell Construction Services. Caister High School youngsters, aged between 13 and 15, spent four days with Mansell's staff to learn bricklaying, carpentry and painting and decorating activities. In one of the activities the students had a go at redecorating and wallpapering their Religious Studies room.

Mick Simmons, Mansell's school liaison officer, said: “The event has been a huge success and went down really well with all involved. It was a pleasure to work with such an inspirational bunch of students and I feel the whole experience has helped them develop other key skills including listening, teamwork and hand-eye coordination.”
