Year 3 pupils at Caister Junior School have been enjoying a Roman learning week. Pupils were treated to a Roman Day when Roman costumes were worn, they baked Roman biscuits, undertook art and ICT projects, produced Roman menus and the highlight for many was a visit to the Caister Roman fort to investigate the ruins.
Year 3 pupils at Caister Junior School have been enjoying a Roman learning week. Pupils were treated to a Roman Day when Roman costumes were worn, they baked Roman biscuits, undertook art and ICT projects, produced Roman menus and the highlight for many was a visit to the Caister Roman fort to investigate the ruins. Year leader Julie Freeman said the pupils and staff had great fun during the week and pupils enjoyed showing parents their work when they visited the classrooms.
