An information day is being staged for carers in Caister on Tuesday.
Caister Chatterbox Carers is looking for more people to join the well-established group and benefit from all that it has to offer.
Members meet on the first Tuesday of the month at the King George Playing Field Pavilion, 10am to 1pm, offering respite to carers and some fun activities to break their routines and take their minds off their demanding work.
Carers are invited to drop in, on their own, between 10.30am and Ipm on the day to find out more about the group which has been running for nine years.
There are no charges to join although members contribute to tea and coffee.
It is hoped that a guest speaker from the Carers Forum will be there to provide more information and assistance.
To find out more contact David Richardson on 01493 721384 or Marilyn Attwaters on 01493 300464.
