A car club has presented the crew of a volunteer lifeboat station with a cheque for £1,000.
Members of Broadland MG Owners Club raised the money for the Casiter Volunteer Lifeboat Station through the club’s Heritage Run held on May Bank Holiday Monday.
The charity classic car run, now in its 29th year, started at the lifeboat station and finished at Raynham Hall near Fakenham.
Members presented the cheque to the crew before driving to Martham to display their cars alongside other classic vehicles at the village’s open gardens event on The Green.
Broadland MG Owners Club was founded in 1988, meeting on the first Wednesday of every month.
During the summer months, the club completes a monthly run which concludes with a meal at a predetermined venue.
