MOTORISTS are being urged by police in Bradwell to drive responsibly or face a warning which could result in their vehicle being crushed.

The warning comes as officers from the Bradwell Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) continue to address concerns of nuisance vehicles using the Mill Lane Community Centre car park at night.

Two drivers have been issued with section 59 warnings for driving irresponsibly following an incident on Thursday, January 28, in which both vehicles were seen to do handbrake turns in icy conditions.

Two 19-year-old males, both from the Bradwell area, were given the 12-month order which aims to encourage responsible driving.

If the driver breaches the order the vehicle registered to the driver or any other vehicle the driver is caught using could be crushed.

Police have issued four section 59 warnings since the beginning of January.
