Torches and perfume stolen in Winterton burglaries

Two burglaries in Winterton have prompted an appeal for information from police.

A wallet, cash and two head torches were stolen from a property in Beach Road, which was entered between 1.30am and 7.30am on Saturday, March 24.

In a second burglary, cash and a bottle of perfume were stolen from a property in Black Street, which was entered between 5pm on Friday, March 23 and 8.45am on Saturday, March 24.

Police are investigating whether the incidents are linked.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in these areas between the times stated should contact DC Kevin Maskell at Great Yarmouth CID on 101.
