The grade one listed monument was opened in 1817 as a tribute to the life and achievements of Admiral Lord Nelson and stands 44m (144ft) high.
The weekend opening offers an opportunity to climb all 217 steps to experience the breathtaking views.
Trained monument guides will be on hand to explain the construction, history and restoration as well as its links with our great naval hero, Admiral Lord Nelson.
Tours are for two people, last 30 minutes and cost �6 per person. Spaces are limited but tours will be sold at the monument on the day, subject to availability.
