CHILDREN IN the care of two local childminders marked the end of Ramadan by celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr. They spent the day making crescent-shaped biscuits to represent the new moon, and were read books to show how different cultures celebrate their religious beliefs.

CHILDREN IN the care of two local childminders marked the end of Ramadan by celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr. They spent the day making crescent-shaped biscuits to represent the new moon, and were read books to show how different cultures celebrate their religious beliefs. Later they had a special lunch and played party games.
