CHILDREN in year two at Cliff Park enjoyed a wide range of exciting activities and experiences recently, and the school was delighted with the response and support from parents and friends. The children have been finding out about life in Nigeria, Pakistan, India and Great Britain. They tasted a range of exotic foods, prepared by our parents, dressed up in traditional clothes, made bead bracelets, had their faces painted, enjoyed traditional stories, and had Mendhi patterns painted on their hands. They also made African masks and clay pots and created some wonderful art work based on work from other cultures.
