STRONG offshore winds over the next two days will present “extreme danger” to users of dinghies and other inflatable toys at sea, Yarmouth coastguards have warned.

Coastguards said winds for the next 48 hours looked set to blow north westerly force four to five, reducing slightly to force three or four.

“These conditions will present extreme danger to users of inflatable toys and dinghies on the sea. Therefore if you are going to the beach do not take them,” said a coastguard spokesman.
