YEAR 5 children at Cobholm Primary School have recently enjoyed stepping back in time.
The children dressed as Victorians as part of their history work and took part in a workshop at the Elizabethan House Museum. They had the opportunity to be treated as servants working in different parts of the house including the scullery and kitchen.
Teacher Karen Lea said: “The children really entered into the spirit of the day and worked hard on their costumes at home. They enjoyed being Victorian children and finding out what it would have been like.”
