A GREAT Yarmouth man has been given a community order for stealing a mobile phone at a Caister holiday park.
Jack Smith, 21, of Ordnance Road, was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work when he appeared at Norwich Crown Court today charged with the burglary from a caravan at Haven Holiday Park on April 10.
Smith got in conversation with a man before running into the caravan and stealing items, including a mobile phone. He was challenged by his victim who managed to recover some items before Smith fled the scene.
