POLICE in Great Yarmouth have charged a Hopton man with driving and drug offences.
The charge follows the discovery of crack cocaine by officers while searching a vehicle on Wellesley Road on Monday. Dean Phillips, 28, of Ives Way has been charged with possession of a Class A drug, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and driving without a licence. He has been bailed to appear at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court on Wednesday, December 8.
