Crash investigators' witness appeal

Officers from Acle Road Policing are looking for witnesses to a collision which took place early Tuesday morning on the main Caister to Great Yarmouth road.

Officers from Acle Road Policing are looking for witnesses to a collision which took place early Tuesday morning on the main Caister to Great Yarmouth road.

The collision happened at around 6:50am near to White Gates Farm. It involved a blue Renault Laguna and a green Renault Megane which were travelling in opposite directions and collided in the Yarmouth bound carriageway.

The driver of the Laguna, a local man in his 40s, received serious leg, rib, pelvic and internal injuries as a result of the incident. The driver of the Megane, also a local man in his 40s, had cuts and bruises to his upper body.
