CAISTER lifeboatmen Percy Griffen and John Cannell met a very special visitor, former Olympic swimmer Sharron Davis, on the Bernard Matthews stand at this year's Royal Norfolk Show.
Sharron was at the Show to promote Bernard Matthews Farm to Fork campaign. Bernard Matthews is an active supporter of the volunteer Caister lifeboat.
John Cannellm who was accompanied by veteran crewman Percy Griffen said: "After 80 years in a lifeboat between us, we were looking forward to some swimming tips from Sharron! The show has been a great success this year with both the Caister Lifeboat and the Bernard Matthews stand receiving thousands of visitors."
