Crews tackle small gas leak in Yarmouth

Firefighters were called to a small chemical leak in Great Yarmouth on Saturday evening.

A small amount of refrigerant gas was leaking at a property in Northgate Street, and one crew from Yarmouth and the chemical incident team from Sprowston attended just after 7.30pm.

A small amount of refrigerant gas was leaking at a property in Northgate Street, and one crew from Yarmouth and the chemical incident team from Sprowston attended just after 7.30pm.

The leak was secured, the property was ventilated and the crews left at 8.20pm.
