The first day of the Great Yarmouth Air Show has been hailed a massive success.
As this video highlight shows tens of thousands of people enjoyed seeing a wide range of eye-catching displays.
The ‘stars’ of the show were the Red Arrows while the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight also proved very popular
The other displays were a Long EZ flying wing; The Blades aerobatics and the Tigers Army freefall parachute team who presented a flag to mayor Mary Coleman.
Also dazzling the bumper crowd were the Bremont Great War Display Team; RotorSport Calidus autogyro; the Wildcats aerobatics biplane duo, a Bronco 1960s recce and attack aircraft, a Strikemaster jet, a Catalina flying boat, the Vampire vintage jet pair; AeroSuperBatics Wingwalkers; a G-EWIZ Pitts Special and a Spitfire Mk IX.
