UCS is one of a handful of institutions granted extra funded places for this year, while many other universities have had their numbers capped by the government.
UCS is part of a drive to encourage the growth of new Higher Education Institutions and offers opportunities for returning or first time students.
Places are still open on the degrees in photographic and digital media and the BSC progression year in applied computing. Foundation degree courses in creative music, computing and visual media production also have vacancies.
