Mums and dads and younger siblings had the chance to join children for lunch at Ormesby Junior School last week.

Families sat down amid the dinner-hall din to tuck into a variety of meals including a chicken roast dinner with all the trimmings on Thursday and pasta Bolognese on Monday.

Year 3 pupil Amelia Rees enjoyed introducing little sister Isobel, 4, to the meal-time routines which included saving scraps for the chickens.
