Pakistani national Rashid Sandhu, formerly of Brotherton Way, Hopton, who now lives at Welling in Kent, has also denied 16 offences of making indecent images of children and one offence of possessing indecent images of children. He was given conditional bail until his trial at Norwich Crown Court on April 21, which is expected to last for two weeks.
When the sexual allegation came to light, Sandhu was suspended as a specialist registrar at the Gorleston hospital's accident-and-emergency department.
