The Norwich Heritage Economic and Regeneration Trust (Heart), which took over Colman's Mustard Shop and Museum earlier this year, is running a recipe competition to help celebrate the 10 year anniversary of world famous store being based in the city's Royal Arcade
Part of the prize will see the winning recipe featured on the Christmas menu at The Assembly House Restaurant. The prize also includes a meal for two at the restaurant and a selection of Colman's Mustard Shop and Museum goodies.
The deadline for competition is this Saturday.
Christina Lister, communications manager at Norwich Heart, said: “We've had a good response so far, but there's still time to get your entry in.
“The judges will be looking for interesting ways of using mustard, but the recipes don't need to be complicated - sometimes the simplest dishes are the best.”
