Children at Peterhouse Primary enjoyed taking part in Easter competitions this week. Children in Nursery, Reception and Key Stage One made and decorated Easter bonnets and children in Key Stage Two decorated eggs. The bonnets were all shapes and sizes and the decorated eggs included The Eggs-factor, The Egg and Spoon Race and The Egg Olympics! Deputy Headteacher, Karen Lea said: "We have been overwhelmed by the standard of the entries and the judging was very difficult." Over 150 children took part and parents were invited to an Easter parade and prizegiving, where winners from each class received prizes donated by the PTA. The photo shows some of the winners from Easter bonnet competition.
